We spent a week in Grand Cayman doing lots of snorkeling before my daughter’s 7th birthday, so when I asked her what theme she would like for her party, she choose Under the Sea. As I’ve said before, I’m an excellent baker but not very good at cake decorating! For my youngest daughter’s 6th Birthday she requested a Luau pool party. I’m a very good baker but I’ve never been great at cake decorating.
