I recently planned a graduation party for my oldest daughter who didn’t want traditional black or her school colors (red/black/white) used for party decor. Something lighter and prettier definitely suited her personality more. This is such a fun but easy Birthday surprise! It’s super quick to set up and very inexpensive.
