Our First grade class made their own leprechaun traps with these supplies and I made leprechaun pocket pals for them to catch inside their traps. This was a great St.Patrick’s day STEM activity for our class. Their excitement seeing the leprechauns they caught was like Christmas morning!

These Rainbow seed Skittle packets were a fun addition to our St.Patrick Day snacks, but would also be perfect favors for a rainbow birthday party or garden themed birthday party! They were quick and easy to make with homemade origami paper packets. The free rainbow seed printable completed the look!

The last week of school was the room mom gauntlet of special days! I always make and send special snacks for themed days and the last week of school was full of themed days!  One of the last days our teacher planned was Reading Campout Day. She set up reading tents in the classroom and encouraged everyone to bring blankets, a flashlight and a favorite book. Reading in a tent with a flash light definitively makes reading more fun!  When we go camping as a family, my daughter’s favorite thing is making s’mores, so I thought a s’more related snack...

I love putting together cute snacks for my daughters class! It’s my favorite job as room mom. Our school has a policy that parents can’t cook anything for the class though, which sometimes limits the cute snacks I can make! Parents are allowed to repackage food though, which helps open up some cute options.
