Grab this free blank holiday shop inventory template from my tutorial, How We Run Our Own School Holiday Shop for 1,300+ Kids. It's the same Excel workbook our PTO uses to plan and track our school holiday shop, cleared out and ready for your own merchandise.

Just fill in the item, bag size, store, recipient, item type, quantity, total cost and selling price. The spreadsheet does the rest: unit cost, profit per item, total retail value, totals by recipient, item type and price point, how many gift bags of each size to order, and how much inventory you'll need based on your enrollment.

Enter your school's enrollment in the yellow cell, and add last year's numbers in the "Prior Year" columns to see exactly what you still need to buy.
